Frequently asked questions

Common questions about window tinting in Sydney, answered.

What is ceramic window tint?
Ceramic window tint is a premium film made from non-metallic ceramic particles. It blocks heat and UV rays more effectively than standard dyed or metallic films without interfering with phone signals, GPS or electronic toll systems. We install ceramic tint on cars, homes and offices across Sydney.
How long does window tinting last?
We use premium window films that carry a 15-year warranty on selected products. With proper care, quality ceramic film lasts the full warranty period without bubbling, peeling or colour change.
Is window tinting legal in NSW?
Yes. In NSW, front side windows must allow at least 35% of light through. Rear side and rear windows can be darker. We install only legally compliant tints and advise on the right shade for your vehicle.
How long does installation take?
Automotive tinting at our Prestons workshop takes between one and three hours depending on the vehicle. Residential and commercial installs vary with the number of windows — we provide a time estimate with every quote.
Do you offer mobile tinting?
We operate a workshop in Prestons for automotive tinting. For residential and commercial jobs we come to your property across all Sydney suburbs, Wollongong and Canberra.
